Tope Olukayode Popoola is a professor of Applied Microbiology in the college of Bioscience, Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, Ogun State, Nigeria. He was a two term dean of the College of Natural Sciences of the University. He was a member of the Governing Council of MAPOLY between 1998 and 1999. He served as a member of Governing Council of FUNAAB (Representing Senate), and also a Member of the Governing Council of the Olabisi Onabanjo University.
