Chief Ayodele Koleade
Is the CEO of Ark Collins (Nig. Ltd). A consulting outfit with specialty in Agricultural projects development and Educational Policy and planning. He is a product of the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, and Ohio State University, USA. Prior to his mandatory retirement from Ogun State Civil Service, July 2013 as a Permanent Secretary, he served in various capacities in the State and Federal Government Agencies, such as, Director of Education, Member of Ogun State/Olabisi Onabanjo University, Member of Governing Council WAEC Accra, Member of Governing Council, Crawford University. He had earlier served federal Agriculture Project Coordinating Unit (FAPCU), as a Regional and later Acting Regional Coordinator. Consultant to the world Bank on resources Development, July 1987 – June 1992. He was opportune to attend many capacity training programmes in the U.S. Kanya, Sounth Afica, Uganda, etc. Currently, he serves as a Consultant to the World Bank on Human Resource Development FADAMMA projects nationwide.
